  • Provide services to the Executive Director and her staff to meet all program planning, technical and financial oversight and management needs to the two programs
  • This includes support for the Program Office located in Alexandria, VA
  • The direct support will involve assisting the Program Manager throughout the life-cycle of investments, including solicitation planning, proposal review and selection, tracking project execution, and ending with technology transfer
  • Effective technical review will require personnel with expertise in a wide variety of technical topics including environmental engineering, ecology, materials science, chemistry, energetic materials, electromagnetics, underwater acoustics, contaminated groundwater and sediments, munitions constituents, energy efficiency technologies, renewable energy, microgrids, and climate change vulnerability and adaptation
  • As the SERDP and ESTCP portfolios evolve, additional expertise beyond this list may be required
