The DIB Readiness Level
Thereโs a Technology Readiness Level and a Manufacturing Readiness Level โ and now a Defense Industrial Base version. We use the DRL to score a manufacturerโs readiness to win and deliver defense work, set by putting eyes on the shop floor rather than a self-reported form.
It tells a manufacturer what stands between it and its next contract โ and tells a prime whoโs ready now and who needs light work to get there.
